Terms of Use

What you can expect from us

Short, readable terms. The important part: this is a habit-tracking tool, not medical care.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. What VapeFreeIndia is

A wellness and habit-tracking tool that helps you record vaping habits and track your own progress. It is not a medical device, a treatment, or a source of clinical advice.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always speak to a qualified doctor about your health, including nicotine withdrawal and any cessation medication or therapy.

3. Not an emergency service

VapeFreeIndia cannot help in an emergency. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

4. Estimates, not guarantees

Figures such as “puffs avoided” and “money saved” are estimates calculated from the numbers you enter. They are there for motivation and are not financial or health guarantees.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for the decisions you make about your health. Use the app as a support tool alongside — not instead of — professional guidance.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

7. Contact
